#SHOWBIZ: Harley Owners Group KL treats 50 orphans to 'Ejen Ali The Movie 2'
KUALA LUMPUR: The Harley Owners Group Kuala Lumpur Route 77 (HOGKL) recently treated 50 orphans from Pusat Jagaan Kasih Murni to a special screening of the cinematic blockbuster, Ejen Ali The Movie 2.
A convoy of 10 Harley-Davidson bikers from HOGKL travelled from HDKL Route 77 in Jalan Ampang to GSC Mid Valley Megamall.
HOGKL president, Mohamad Wira, said in a news report yesterday that their programme was a corporate social responsibility initiative aimed at bringing joy to less fortunate children.
"We may look rough and tough, but we are a caring team of bikers!" he said.
"And we love great Malaysian movies, including world-class animated films." He added that Ejen Ali was a film for both adults and children.
Ejen Ali The Movie 2, a collaboration between WAU Animation and Primeworks Studios, recently achieved a collection of RM55.1 million, making it the highest-grossing animated film of all time in Malaysian cinemas.
