Rennes are very interested in recruiting Wolves' target Kevin Danso

According to a report from Mohamed Toubache-Ter, Stade Rennais are very interested in recruiting Kevin Danso (26) from RC Lens. Sébastian Denis of Foot Mercato has further added that Rennes are willing to put a lot of money on the table for the former Reading and Milton Keynes academy graduate. However, the deal would be complicated due to poor relations between the two teams. The centre-back has been a target for Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers during the current transfer window. Wolves had seen their approach rejected by the player earlier this month, before returning in recent days with a bid thought to be between €19-22 million. Foot Mercato have reported that this latest offer was rejected by Lens, with the French outlet writing that the defender is not up for sale. This is likely because Les Sang et Or have already sold former captain Brice Samba and centre-back Abdukodir Khsuanov. GFFN | Nick Hartland
