HC raps GCC in action on illegal buildings

Chennai: Ticking off the Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) for not doing enough against illegal buildings and unauthorised constructions in the city, Madras high court observed that this gave the impression that the GCC did not want to take action against the violators.
