NEW YORK (PIX11) – From a Hollywood star, a peace doctor with a new book, and a state legislator on how to protect your money, PIX11's Monica Morales is helping her viewers get resources and respect.
On this month's Monica Makes It Happen Show, she sits down with Hollywood star Leon, 'Global Peace Doctor' Erica Ford and Assemblymember Khaleel Anderson of District 31 in Queens.

January is Human Trafficking Prevention Month. Dr. Shakeema North, the CEO of Covenant House NY, Julia Einbond, the CEO of Covenant House NJ, and Elizabeth Santiago, the CEO of the Center for Safety and Change in Rockland County, joined the show to discuss how they're saving lives in one New York county.
