Known for his meticulous attention to detail and creative dishes, Chef Marini channels his Italian heritage into every plate, showcasing classic recipes elevated by premium ingredients sourced directly from Italy. This includes everything from fresh vegetables and seafood to oregano, extra virgin olive oil and cheese.
You'll find all the familiar favourites, starting with, satisfying salads like the crispy Chicken Milanese, or Octopus salad Marini style.
Burrata fans can dive into the supple cheese served with Marini special chickpeas cream, and avocadoes, while pasta lovers will love the seafood linguine and pappardelle al ragu di vitello.
Mains such as the grilled langoustines, grilled organic seabass, and cotoletta alla milanese give a gentle nod to regional Italian flavours, while sides like zucchini fritti and patate al tartufo round out the spread.
