Ana Parrelli joins Monson Savings Bank as Business Development Officer

MONSON, Mass. (WWLP) – Monson Savings Bank has announced the addition of Ana M. Parrelli as Business Development Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience in banking, sales, and community engagement to the financial institution. Historic preservation grants awarded to these Mass. organizations In her new role, Parrelli will focus on fostering relationships with commercial and municipal deposit customers, helping to strengthen the bank's presence in the region. She will work closely with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction while promoting Monson Savings Bank's commitment to personalized service and community support. 'Ana's background and her strong community connections make her a fantastic addition to our team,' said Dan Moriarty, president and CEO of Monson Savings Bank. 'Her passion for community service and dedication to building lasting relationships align perfectly with our values.' Prior to joining Monson Savings Bank, Parrelli served as vice president of member services and community development at LUSO Federal Credit Union, where she led retail operations, human resources, and community outreach efforts. Earlier in her career, she spent 20 years with the American Red Cross Blood Services, where she served as district manager of donor services for much of Massachusetts. In that capacity, she coordinated mobile blood drives and built partnerships to meet critical healthcare needs. Parrelli's track record in leadership and her deep ties to the Western Massachusetts community are reflected in her ongoing civic involvement. She currently serves on the boards of the East of the River Five Town Chamber of Commerce (ERC5) and Junior Achievement of Western Massachusetts. Additionally, she is an active member of the Ludlow Rotary Club and serves on the town's Dementia-Friendly Task Force. Thousands of tickets to be distributed to students for World's Largest Pancake Breakfast The larceny took place at Monson Savings Bank on Sunday at around 12:40 p.m.. The suspect appears to be driving a pickup truck. Detective Jason Roath of the Hampden Police Department told 22News that a newly planted tree was taken from the bank's front lawn. In his new role, Morales will focus on building relationships with local borrowers, offering personalized lending solutions, and working closely with individuals and businesses to help them achieve their financial goals. He has spent over eight years at Monson Savings Bank, most recently serving as Branch Manager and Security Officer. The bank presented a $10,000 check to Revitalize CDC to help fund the organization's 2025 #GreenNFit Neighborhood Rebuild event. This event draws in hundreds of volunteers annually to repair and transform dozens of homes for underserved communities in a single day. Over 20 Monson Savings Bank team members will be pitching in this year to contribute to the cause. MONSON, Mass. (WWLP) – A rollover crash in Monson is reminding drivers to be aware of icing conditions during their morning commute. Monson Savings Bank offers scholarships to local high school seniors The Monson Police Department was sent to a rollover crash on Route 32 just before May Hill Road Wednesday morning. Monson Police Chief Stephen Kozloski told 22News that the one occupant of the vehicle was not injured. The daytime snowmelt on Tuesday followed by refreezing overnight is making the roads slippery on Wednesday morning. The police department is warning motorists to be aware of icy roads for the foreseeable future.
