Woman shot near DeSoto Bass in West Dayton on Saturday
DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – One woman was shot in the stomach on Saturday on Bragg Place. According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, the shooting happened in the 60 block of Bragg Place, near DeSoto Bass Apartments, at approximately 5:20 p.m. Demolition begins at DeSoto Bass There were multiple gunshots audible in the background of two separate 911 calls from the scene. 2 NEWS will update this article when more information is available. Car crashes into storefront in Dayton
DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — A car sustained damage after striking a utility pole and storefront Thursday afternoon. According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched to the 3700 block of Salem Avenue for a crash around 4 p.m. 2 dead after motorcycle crash near Dayton airport Upon arrival, officials discovered a car traveling northbound on Salem Avenue struck a utility pole after the driver failed to maintain reasonable control of the vehicle. The car then left the roadway and struck the front of Genuine Auto Parts. The driver told first responders he was uninjured, and was issued a citation for the crash.
