Best waterfront restaurant in the country is on Cape Cod, according to USA Today readers
The nominees for USA Today's 10BEST Readers' Choice Awards are chosen by a panel of experts for each award category, and then editors select the final sets of nominees that the public can vote on. Once the nominees in the award category are announced, readers can vote for their favorites every day (one nominee per category, per calendar day) over a period of four weeks.
The Beach House Grill was the only establishment in New England that made USA Today's list of the top 10 waterfront restaurants. Others in the top 5 include Moshulu in Philadelphia, at No. 2; the Strand House in Manhattan Beach, Calif. at No. 3; Canoe in Atlanta at No. 4; (5) Top of the Falls in Niagara Falls, N.Y. at No. 5.

Rounding out the top 10 were: (6) the Lobster House in Cape May, N.J.; (7) Six Seven Restaurant in Seattle; (8) Jetty's Waterfront Restaurant in Jupiter, Fla.; (9) Angèle Restaurant & Bar in Napa, Calif.; and (10) Prost Haus in San Antonio, Texas.

The Beach House Grill will open for lunch starting May 15 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the bar will stay open serving drinks only from 3 to 5 p.m., according to the
Dinner service will start on June 10, with reservations available from 5 to 9 p.m., the website states.
