Every year the Titans host Bark in the Park, allowing fans to bring their dogs. And this year they'll do it twice on Sunday, May 24, and Saturday, Aug. 23. It's a fun way to take in a game with your furry best friend.

'There are a couple of players that have been with us since our very first season that are fan favourites and notable, one of which is Jackie Urbaez. He's a utility player, but he is a very big fan favourite and he's already signed for this season,' GM Martin Boyce says.

'The other one is Grant Larson. He's a pitcher and he is from San Diego, but he is going to be a permanent resident of Canada soon and living in the area.'

Urbaez, a 27-year-old from Miami, holds the distinction of a couple of firsts for the Titans: first player to hit a grand slam (in 2023) and first player to hit three home runs in a single game (in 2022).

Larson, 27, was named a league all-star in both of the past two seasons. In 2024, he had a complete-game, four-hit, 13-strikeout victory against the New Jersey Jackals.

'Lots of stuff,' GM Martin Boyce says. 'We still have the standard baseball food like hot dogs and hamburgers and fries and that sort of thing. But we have a very unique Latin food vendor that operates here called Mr. Senor, which provides authentic Mexican-style cuisine. We have Lois 'n' Frima's ice cream and various desserts, and everything else that you can think of in terms of nachos, poutine and all the standard stuff you can expect: cotton candy for kids; popcorn; all those sorts of things.

'And then we have a good selection of local craft beers from local partners that we work with to highlight the local businesses in Ottawa.'
