Boy, 12, hurts leg in fall while crossing between subway cars on Brooklyn train
A 12-year-old boy was hospitalized after his leg got stuck when he slipped and fell crossing between subway cars on a moving train in Brooklyn early Monday, cops said.
The pre-teen was walking with at least one other person between cars on an M train near the Myrtle Ave.-Broadway station when he slipped about 8:15 a.m., according to a source familiar with the incident.
His right leg got stuck and he needed to be freed by FDNY personnel and members of the NYPD Emergency Service Unit, cops said.
The boy suffered a cut to his leg and was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition, officials said.
