TOD studios and beIN SPORTS are set to broadcast a four-episode documentary series titled 'My Faith in Sport' on March 31. The trailer showcased a range of topics the series will address, including prayer, fasting, and reflection. The docuseries explores the role faith play in shaping the careers of seven Muslim athletes from different parts of the world, and how faith has helped them both on and off the field. It follows acclaimed stars such as: Omar Marmoush, player for the Egyptian national football team and Manchester City. Sofyan Amrabat, Moroccan national football team player and former Manchester United player. Ali Al-Hamadi, the first Iraqi player in the English Premier League and striker for Ipswich Town. Nadia Nadim, Danish football star, AC Milan player, and former Afghan refugee. Fares Ibrahim, Qatari weightlifting champion and Tokyo 2020 Olympic gold medalist. Adam Azeem, British lightweight boxing world champion. Zainab Alema, Leicester Tigers rugby player and the first hijab-wearing athlete seeking to join the England rugby team. The documentary will have subtitles available in Arabic and English.

The series delves into the personal journeys of seven world-class athletes and how their spiritual beliefs provide them with strength, purpose and inspiration in their respective sporting disciplines. BeIN Media Group has released the official trailer for My Faith in Sport, a four-part docuseries set to premiere exclusively on TOD and beIN Sports on March 31, 2025. The series offers a deep dive into the personal and professional journeys of seven Muslim athletes, highlighting the profound role faith plays in shaping their careers. Featuring a roster of world-class athletes, My Faith in Sport explores the intersection of spirituality and competition. The documentary stars Egyptian footballer Omar Marmoush (Manchester City), Moroccan midfielder Sofyan Amrabat (Fenerbahçe, formerly Manchester United) and Iraqi forward Ali Al Hamadi (Ipswich Town), the first Iraqi player in the Premier League. Also featured are AC Milan and Denmark footballer Nadia Nadim, a former Afghan refugee; Qatari Olympic gold medalist in weightlifting Fares El Bakh; British boxing sensation Adam Azim, the IBO Super Lightweight champion; and Zainab Alema, a Leicester Tigers rugby player and the first hijabi athlete striving to play for England.
