Man killed in mid-day double shooting in Suitland identified; Police offer $25K reward
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. ( — Prince George's County police have released the name of a man who was killed in Tuesday afternoon.
At around 12:35 p.m., officers were called to the 5600 block of Regency Park Court for a shooting. There, they found two men inside an apartment suffering from gunshot wounds, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.
Responders took one of the men, who was seriously injured, to the hospital for treatment. However, police said the other man, Myandre McBride, 32, of Suitland, died at the scene.
As of Wednesday afternoon, detectives are working to identify a suspect and motive in the deadly shooting. Police also noted that the man who was injured remains hospitalized with critical injuries as of Wednesday.
