The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is set to launch an exclusive 'Bharat-Bhutan Mystic Mountain Tour', a meticulously crafted 13-night, 14-day rail journey designed to connect the cultural richness of India with the serene beauty of Bhutan. This unique expedition will embark from Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station on June 28, 2025, offering an unparalleled travel experience for 150 tourists.

The modern deluxe air-conditioned train, featuring First, Second, and Third AC coaches, will also allow passengers to board from major stations including Ghaziabad, Aligarh, Tundla Junction, Kanpur, Lucknow, and Varanasi.

The comprehensive itinerary promises a captivating blend of spiritual and natural wonders. In India, the tour will cover the spiritual heart of Guwahati with a visit to the Kamakhya Temple, followed by the breathtaking sunsets over Umiam Lake in Shillong. Adventurers will explore the majestic waterfalls of Cherrapunji, including the Seven Sisters Falls, Nohkalikai, and Elephant Falls, along with the mysterious Mawsmai Caves. A sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River will offer a tranquil end to the Indian leg before the train proceeds to Hasmara, near the Bhutanese border.
