As it turns out, Knicks are OK with Celtics playing hack-a-Mitchell Robinson

grabbed Robinson as he was jogging over halfcourt. An official saw Pritchard's move and called for the play to be reviewed. The initial call was overturned, the layup was erased, and Robinson went to the free throw line instead of Brunson, who is shooting 82 percent during these playoffs.

returned to the lineup for Wednesday night's Game 2 at TD Garden after leaving Game 1 early with a non-COVID illness.
The Celtics listed Porzingis as probable on the pregame injury report. Coach
Joe Mazzulla
said earlier in the week that Porzingis has been dealing with
Porzingis's 13-minute appearance in Game 1 was largely a struggle. He went scoreless and grabbed four rebounds. Finishing the game would have been too much, Mazzulla said.
Sam Hauser
was out for Game 2 with a right ankle sprain. He went 0-2 from 3-point range in four minutes in Game 1.

Mazzulla was pleased to see Holiday get recognition for his accomplishments.
'I think that's important for the league, the players,' Mazzulla said. 'I think that's something the NBA has done a great job over the last five or 10 years or so, understanding that these guys are more than just players. They're people too.
'It's bigger than basketball. We have a lot of guys with high-level character. It's great to see that get noticed and I'm happy for Jrue.'
Mazzulla said he hasn't spoken with Holiday much about his off-court causes, but added that he's not surprised at Holiday's work

'I just know that he's a caring, giving guy,' Mazzulla said.
