Wallace-Dothan defeats Enterprise State to claim ACCC Division II Baseball Championship
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WDHN) – The Wallace-Dothan Governors are again champions in ACCC baseball.
The three-time defending regular season champion Govs defeated Wiregrass rival, Enterprise State, 15-2 in just seven innings to claim the ACCC Division II Baseball Championship.

This marks the second ACCC title for Wallace-Dothan after winning it in 2017. To get to the championship, the Govs defeated Coastal Alabama in the second round and Enterprise State in the semifinals to reach the final.
With the win, Wallace-Dothan will play a best two out of three series with the winner of the Florida state championship in Troy in two weeks. If Wallace-Dothan wins, they will advance to the NJCAA Division II Tournament.
Sadly, Enterprise State's season comes to an end with the loss.
Freshman pitcher and first baseman Kason Gleaton from Lilburn, Georgia, won the ACCC Division II Baseball Tournament MVP.
