Akshay Kumar's Housefull 5 Ending To Vary Across Theatres
Before Akshay Kumar returns with his superhit Housefull franchise in theatres, producer Sajid Nadiadwala made a unique announcement. He mentioned that Housefull 5 will offer a groundbreaking twist in cinematic storytelling by featuring two entirely different climaxes, with each theatre presenting its unique ending. The bold experiment was announced on the 75th anniversary of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. Alternate endings are rarely explored in cinema history – probably not on this scale. This time, Housefull 5 is not just about comedy. It's a murder mystery that embraces narrative unpredictability, supported by the star power and mass appeal of a successful franchise. Speaking about it, Sajid Nadiadwala shared, 'With Housefull 5, we wanted to take a bold creative swing that hasn't been done before internationally for any thriller film. The idea of having multiple endings, multiple experiences has been with me for 30 years. Since, i wanted to make Housefull 5 a thriller comedy, there couldn't have been a better way to execute my idea of having multiple endings than this." He added, 'It felt right to do something radical as we celebrate 75 years of Nadiadwala Grandson in the industry. Housefull is India's biggest comedy franchise and for the fifth instalment, we had to push the boundaries of what comedy can be. The idea of different endings came from a simple question: why should the audience always have just one version of the truth in a thriller? With Housefull 5, we've built a film that plays with form while staying completely rooted in entertainment. It's a killer comedy, literally, with twists that change depending on where you're watching it. and I'm proud we're doing it under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson as we mark 75 years in the business. Our legacy has always been about embracing scale, stars, and giving audiences newer experiences and Housefull 5 takes all it to another level." He further mentioned, 'It's a natural extension of the theatrical experience: creating intrigue, rewatch value, and a sense of discovery. In a world of spoilers and algorithms, we're bringing back that element of surprise. And that's where the fun begins." For distributors, this format creates both opportunities and challenges. Sanjay Chatar of Pen Marudhar described it as adding 'an entirely new layer of interactivity to the theatrical experience," requiring close collaboration with exhibitors to ensure 'optimal programming, audience flow, and discoverability across locations." Each of our locations will screen both versions of the film, programmed either across different screens or staggered showtimes. Housefull 5 boasts an ensemble of 19 stars, comprising Akshay Kumar, joined by returning favourites and some new faces including Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chitrangada Singh, Fardeen Khan, Chunky Pandey, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Ranjeet, Soundarya Sharma, Nikitin Dheer, and Akashdeep Sabir. The film, directed by Tarun Mansukhani, releases on June 6, 2025.

Housefull 5 teaser: Akshay Kumar is back with his gang, Nana Patekar ‘steals the show' for fans
Sajid Nadiadwala is back with Housefull 5. As his successful franchise marked 15 years, the makers dropped a teaser of the fifth instalment of the franchise, Housefull 5. The over one-minute-long teaser introduces the star cast of the film. It features Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chitrangada Singh, Fardeen Khan, Chunky Pandey, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Ranjeet, Soundarya Sharma, Nikitin Dheer, and Akashdeep Sabir. It also gives a glimpse of a masked 'killer'. The teaser promises 'five times the madness, mayhem, and mirth.' It is said to be 'killer comedy." Housefull 5 takes place on a luxurious cruise, offering a mix of comedy, outrageous characters, and a plot twist with a killer. Tiger Shroff shares intense new poster of 'Baaghi 4'
The action thriller Baaghi 4 has given fans another reason to celebrate Tiger Shroff's 35th birthday, as the actor, who returns as Ronnie, dropped a new poster on the occasion of his special day. Production house Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment took to its Instagram account on Sunday to post a birthday wish for the Baaghi actor, along with the new poster that showed him in a fierce and darker look. The poster features a tagline that reads, "This time he is not the same," giving fans a hint at a significant shift in his character. Along with the poster, Tiger wrote a caption, sharing that the franchise that once defined his identity as an "action hero" is now set to change it. "The franchise that gave me an identity and allowed me to express my eagerness to prove myself as an action hero... is now the franchise that is changing my identity. Harsha, marking his Bollywood debut. The film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the Nadiadwala Grandson banner and is set to hit theatres on September 5, 2025. The Baaghi franchise started in 2016 with the release of the first film, directed by Sabbir Khan. It was an action-packed thriller inspired by the 2004 Telugu movie Varsham and the 2011 Indonesian film The Raid: Redemption. The movie featured Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor, and Sudheer Babu in lead roles. The second installment, Baaghi 2, came out in 2018. Directed by Ahmed Khan, it was a remake of the Telugu movie Kshanam. This film starred Tiger Shroff alongside Disha Patani, Manoj Bajpayee, and Randeep Hooda. In 2020, Baaghi 3 was released, again directed by Ahmed Khan. It starred Tiger Shroff, Riteish Deshmukh, and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles.
