Forest's Anderson in Williams' underrated XI of the season

As the dust settles on this Premier League campaign, we asked former England international Fara Williams for her underrated XI for the selected Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest as part of her midfield.I've been so impressed with Anderson this season. We saw glimpses of his quality at Newcastle but I was not sure how he would perform as a regular starter in a Premier League has shown himself to be an assured and consistent performer who was a key cog in a team that enjoyed a really impressive season. He is so calm on the ball, rarely gives it away and is a excellent dribbler.I'm really excited to see how he does in Europe next started 33 Premier League games this season, scoring twice and assisting six times. 'I don't see Forest slipping up'

I saw Nottingham Forest's defeat at Aston Villa and I actually do not think much has changed in terms of what they that second half, they were very good. When you look at the stats from both that defeat and the loss to Everton last weekend, they were pretty even and pretty much the same as what we have seen from from Forest all had been more clinical in previous games, and got results from low possession and minimal shots on target.I remember saying early on, and midway through the season, that they have to remain clinical because that is why they are in the position they are. Being without Chris Wood has not helped but I do not think they have done much different. Forest are in a position that has maybe surprised themselves but they are riding the is exciting for them and they still have a great chance to reach the Champions a Forest fan? Find and follow your team on BBC SportNuno's team have a good game to bounce back at the weekend against Tottenham, who will have played a big game in Europe. They then have some home fixtures that are more than winnable for them, so I they are still in a good has been a small blip if anything and Forest fans will still be in dreamland with their season and where they have come from in battling relegation last a player's point of view, it is a completely different kind of pressure from fighting to stay in the league and then being in a position to achieve something so will have never been there, but the pressure is definitely not coming from is difficult but I do not see Forest slipping up enough to not get into the Champions Williams was speaking to BBC Sport's Nat Hayward

Liverpool 'won't take anything for granted'

In reality, every player is different but most of the players in the build-up to the Carabao Cup final will want to stick to their normal it is a very hard thing to do when you know the scale of the game a chance to play at Wembley is always a huge privilege and one that players do not ever take for for these teams, Liverpool have won there in recent years but Newcastle lost two years are trying to retain their trophy from last season, knowing that they are also in a great position in the league, even if they are now out of the Champions is the energy like? Have they recovered and understand this is part of the process? Looking historically, it suggests that they can, but they know they will be arriving as caused Liverpool problems this season in the game at St James' Park so they will not take anything for game feels bigger for Newcastle because their history is not littered with trophies or Wembley appearances and the Reds have has significant success in terms of major trophies in the past 10 years - but it is huge for both chance to win any trophy in any season is a privilege and to walk up those steps and lift it in front of all your supporters who have come down for this one-off day is amazing. You can never take that for is a case of being prepared, being ready for the moment and understanding the lights will shine down on you for that is a case of making sure they are not too bright for you given the Onuoha was speaking to BBC Sport's Nat Hayward

Cup final provides chance for 'once-in-a-lifetime achievement'

In reality every player is different, but most of the players in the build-up to the final will want to stick to their normal routines. But it is a very hard thing to do when you know the scale of the game a chance to play at Wembley is always a huge privilege and one that players do not ever take for for these two teams, Liverpool have won at Wembley several times in recent years but Newcastle lost the Carabao Cup final two years ago against Manchester United. The experience of losing that could potentially help the players who played in Magpies are trying to be history-makers - it has been so long since they lifted a major domestic honour. They will be very keen and motivated and the game feels bigger for Newcastle. Their history is not littered with trophies or Wembley appearances. For their fans, watching them lift a cup at Wembley would be a once-in-a-lifetime will be the underdogs but maybe that suits their identity and the identity of the fans. Things are different from last time though - Newcastle's league position has changed and they are facing a very different opponent with different expectations and the fanbase travelling down, the first time was maybe a case of excitement but this time there is an understanding of what it takes to be successful because they tasted disappointment last time and do not want to face it again. The euphoria two years ago may have affected one or two players, which then affects the whole game itself. Those players and fans just want to see their team do themselves justice and not walk away with any living in or near the city, the players will know the excitement that is building there. From a Newcastle standpoint, it is understanding the scale of it but still making sure they are ready and prepared. They must ensure they are not caught on the back foot because they see the game in the wrong sort of have caused Liverpool problems already this season in the game at St James' Park so the Reds will not take anything for is a case of being prepared, being ready for the moment and understanding the lights will shine down on you for that is a case of making sure they are not too bright for Onuoha was speaking to BBC Sport's Nat Hayward
