Eliza Cummings is pregnant! Agent Provocateur model and Nat Rothschild's ex reveals she's expecting her second child with celebrity photographer husband 18 years her senior

Vivacious model Eliza Cummings, who once starred in an Agent Provocateur advert devouring toast while wearing lacy black lingerie, has revealed she's pregnant. The 34-year-old - a former girlfriend of financier Nat Rothschild - took to her Instagram page today to announce she's expecting her second child with her Hollywood photographer husband Greg Williams. 'Yay!!! Baby number two is inbound!! @gregwilliamsphotography,' excitedly wrote the model alongside a snap of an ultrasound picture. The couple welcomed their first child - a son, Wylder - in 2019 before marrying in August that year surrounded by celebrity guests, including Mamma Mia 2 star Lily James and the late One Direction singer Liam Payne. Eliza showed off her wild streak in an elaborate cream feathered gown when she wed her groom in Berkshire, while Greg, 52, gave the bride a run for her money in the style stakes as he opted for a dressing-gown like golden robe decorated with leaves. The Vogue model, who was discovered by a talent scout aged 15, grew up on a Portsmouth council estate. She has become a society figure largely through her association with the current Lord Rothschild, Nathaniel, who courted her for 18 months until 2014. But Eliza previously revealed she hates being described as an It girl, telling Pony Ryder: 'What is an 'it girl'? I hate it being classed as an it girl, I'm a model'.' The Vogue regular, who rose to fame in her teens modelling under the moniker Eliza Presly because her agents thought she resembled the late Elvis Presley, also spoke about her relaxed approach to nude shoots. She explained: 'I do whatever is asked. I don't mind at all, I see it as art and most people like my body because I have boobs and a bum, most models don't.' Despite her successful modelling career, 5ft 9in Eliza has previously said she used to be 'the ugly kid' and dropped out of school at 14 because she was bullied. 'I got my head cut open and stuff, so I said to myself: 'No, I don't need this,' and I left,' revealed the model. She told LOVE magazine: 'I got really badly bullied, really badly. I was the ugly kid, apparently. I was always a bit of a weird kid. 'You know those kids you see that have got nothing going for them? I was one of them.' 'Yay!!! It was not until her mother persuaded 15-year-old Eliza to meet with Select Model Management, who had Pixie Geldof on its books. In a staggering turn of events, Eliza had no trouble securing bookings, with her first job being for the cover of Italian Vogue. She has since modelled for designers including Vivienne Westwood, DKNY and Marc Jacobs. But she's previously admitted that modelling isn't a long-term plan. 'I see myself going to college once modelling has finished. Being a doctor is my dream job.' Eliza's husband Greg dated the Princess of Wales' favourite designer Alice Temperley before finding true love with his current wife.

TT Electronics shares plunge on warning over US hit

TT Electronics has seen its shares tumble after warning over a hit of up to £35 million in the US due to slumping demand and ongoing operational woes. The Woking-based manufacturer said it was preparing to book the write-down due to the 'previously disclosed downturn in components demand and operational execution challenges in North America'. It also revealed a £6 million adjustment to previous year results relating to its Cleveland site. Shares plunged as much as 16% at one stage in Tuesday morning trading before settling around 10% lower. TT Electronics said: 'We will provide further details on the outlook for 2025 at the time of our results announcement. 'We continue to expect good adjusted operating profit progress relative to 2024 but expect the outturn to be in the range of £40 million to £46 million.' TT Electronics warned in November that annual earnings for 2024 were expected at the lower end of its guidance for between £37 million to £42 million. TT Electronics engineers and manufactures products to support sectors from healthcare to aerospace, with customers including BAE Systems and Thales, and factories and offices in the UK, North America and Asia. The profit alert comes just a few months after an aborted takeover attempt for TT Electronics from Lord Nat Rothschild's Volex group. Volex, a company specialising in providing power products for equipment like hospital ventilators, electric cars and laptops, said in November last year it had submitted two takeover proposals. The last valued TT Electronics at £248.6 million, equivalent of 139.6p per share, but Volex scrapped takeover plans for its smaller rival after the approach was rejected for being too low. The tilt followed sharp falls in TT Electronics' share price, which last November hit its lowest level since around 2014. TT Electronics warned investors in September about production issues at its US factories which are set to drag on yearly sales and profits. It said a string of orders in its American components business had been pushed into 2025, rather than for 2024 delivery, which would hit earnings within its North American division. On Tuesday, it said the improvement plan for Cleveland was under way but that the benefits would take longer to bear fruit than first expected.
