Whether you're shopping for Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthdays, the holidays or gifts for any other occasion, if the person on your list happens to be a pet parent, you *need* to check out West & Willow. The brand offers tons of personalized presents, like the best-selling pet portrait (from $77) and, my personal favorite, a crewneck sweatshirt (from $80) with the likeness of their furry friend embroidered on it. Below, find my full thoughts on them both—and why every dog mom and cat dad will love them, too. Want to know which buzzy products are *really* worth buying? Whether you're shopping for a pet portrait, mug, sweatshirt or any of West & Willow's other giftable offerings, you'll start out the process by choosing all of your preferences (such as colors, framing, etc.) and then upload a photo of the pet (or pets) to be included. After checking out, West & Willow artists will hand-illustrate a design to be approved by you via email and once you're happy with it, they'll get started creating your custom product. Original Photo by Natalie LaBarbera I've been obsessed with this sweatshirt from the second I took it out of the package—so much so that I've been wearing it multiple times a week since. The customized sweatshirt is Gildan brand with a cotton/polyester-blend fabric and is available in unisex sizes small to XXL, as well as six different colors. I chose the full color embroidery for mine (as you can see above), but if you (or your giftee) are more of a minimalist, you can also opt to do it in just white or black lines. Honestly, I was so surprised by how much it actually looked just like my pup, and I can see myself wearing it for years. So if you do decide to gift it to a pet parent you know (or grab one for yourself), rest assured that they'll get plenty of use out of it. From $80 at West & Willow Original Photo by Natalie LaBarbera As for the popular pet portrait, I've had mine displayed on my bookshelf for a while now, and it still makes me so happy every time I glance up at it. The design is so true to the photo I sent in, and I love the minimalist look of the name at the top. For these portraits, you can choose between six different backgrounds (I went with the soft white) and four different frames, or get yours without a frame to place it in one of your own. You can also select an 8" by 10", 12" by 16" or 18" by 24" size. Based on both of my experiences (and how much I've adored the products since receiving them), I can safely say pet parents are bound to love these custom gifts from West & Willow. No matter the occasion you're shopping for, they're thoughtful, personal and practical, too, so go ahead and get to ordering—perhaps after treating Fido to a little photo shoot to get the perfect snap. Total: 98/100 Fellow pet parents will know just how hard it can be to find a dog leash that's just right. Some are too short, some are too long, some don't have enough functional features—if you're reading this, you likely know what I mean. Honestly, I'm not even sure how many different leash styles I've tried over the years at this point, but I think I might have *finally* found the perfect one. Maxbone's Go! with Ease dog leash ($55) truly has it all when it comes to function, from a hands-free design to a bunch of attachment options that make everything from daily walks to airport travel that much easier. Keep reading for all of my thoughts. Want to know which buzzy products are *really* worth buying? Sign up for our shopping newsletter to uncover our favorite finds. I've been using this leash for almost six months now, and have used it for airport travel, daily walks and exploring new areas with my dog. I've also machine-washed it a couple of times, but air-dried it to keep the material in the best condition. Original Photo by Natalie Labarbera When I decided to purchase the Maxbone Go! with Ease leash, I was looking for a design that would be easy to travel with (I usually fly a few times a year and do a couple of short roadtrips with my small dog), meaning it needed to be easy to manage while I was carrying other things, lightweight and, ideally, have some sort of storage option attached. After many hours of searching online, I decided this option was my best bet, and went ahead with splurging on both the Go! with Ease leash and the matching large pouch. Starting with the leash—as I mentioned above, I love that it's hands-free, so I can easily loop it over my shoulder and don't have to worry about dropping it. I tend to wear it the same way I would a crossbody bag, but it can also be worn around the waist, and both the top and bottom portions are adjustable, so you can customize how it fits and its length. Plus, I have extra peace of mind that my pup is secure because the attachment clasps can be locked by twisting the screw fastening over the hinge—which, honestly, is what really sold me on this style. The only slight downside (if I'm really picking) is that there isn't a handle or attachment for when I do want to hold the leash by hand, but it hasn't bothered me so far to just hold onto the fabric. Of note, a thicker version of the design is also available on Maxbone's website if you prefer a thicker width for your pup's leash. Original Photo by Natalie LaBarbera When it comes to personalizing the leash with attachments, you have a few different options. There's a waste bag dispenser (which is way cuter than the plastic options that seem to be everywhere, IMO), treat pouch and a larger pouch, which is the one I chose. I opted for the large size because I knew I was looking for something that would be able to fit my passport, but was surprised by just how much else I could fit in it, too. The large pouch can easily accommodate not just my passport, but my phone (an iPhone 16 pro), a small wallet, lip balm and a pocket-sized hand sanitizer, which is everything I really ever need to have on hand. Not to mention, there are three card slots inside, too, so I can easily leave my larger wallet at home when I'm headed out for a walk. No matter which pouch (or pouches!) you choose, they're all made from neoprene, which I've had no trouble washing, and all easily attach to the Go! with Ease leash. For the treat and larger pouches, there are velcro straps attached at the back so you can change their positions on the leash, while the waste bag dispenser attaches via a clasp to the metal hook. Here's the thing, there's no denying that this leash combo is a bit pricey, especially once you start adding on attachments, but I've found it to be so worth it. I mean, from the sturdy materials to the thoughtful details like adjustable straps and storage, it's one you'll be glad you splurged a bit on when you reach for it daily—especially when you have your hands full (literally).
