How To Save Up To 40 Cents A Gallon On Gas At Circle K Ahead Of The Holiday Weekend

Circle K's National Fuel Day event isThursday, May 22. Save up to 40 cents off each gallon of fuel at the pump. The promotion is only from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. local time. The promotion is also a fundraising event for the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, which provides college scholarships and educational counseling to military children who have lost a parent in the line of duty. It is getting a little cheaper to hit the road this Memorial Day weekend, thanks to Circle K. The gas station and convenience store chain is bringing savings to the pump with their National Fuel Day event, which kicks off tomorrow, Thursday, May 22, just in time to fill up before wherever the road takes you this holiday weekend. Customers can save a little cash at almost 6,000 participating Circle K locations across the South and the deal is this: Head to your local participating Circle K (there's a full list of locations here) and save up to 40 cents off each gallon of fuel at the pump, but only from 4 to 7 p.m., local time. It's a great way to fill up before the long weekend and all the travel it usually entails. National Fuel Day isn't just to keep cash in customers' pockets, though. It's also a fundraising event for the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, which provides college scholarships and educational counseling to military children who have lost a parent in the line of duty. Circle K will donate 10% of the profits from the three-hour sale. Yes, that means you can not only save some cash and load up on snacks, but help some kids, too. Talk about a win-win situation. 'As people hit the road for the long weekend and kick off the summer season, we are pleased to bring all of our valued customers, both existing and new, some great savings at the pump,' Louise Warner, Executive Vice President – North American Operations, for Circle K, said in an announcement of the money-saving event. 'It is also our honor to use this occasion for the second straight year to partner with the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation and support their important work to provide educational opportunities for children with parents who gave all in service to this country.'
