Halifax police ask for public's help in 2022 murder investigation

Halifax Regional Police (HRP) continues to ask the public for information in relation to the homicide of a man who was shot and killed three years ago.
HRP responded to a report of shots fired on Viscaya Place in Dartmouth, N.S., around 2:10 a.m. on June 11, 2022.
Nelson Tyrelle Beals, 34, was found dead at a home. Police say he had been shot.
The Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service conducted an autopsy and ruled the manner of death to be a homicide, a news release said.
Police believe there are people who have information that could help solve Beal's murder.
Investigators are asking for anyone with information to come forward, stating even the smallest piece of information could help progress the investigation.
