Shaji joins Neo from

, where he served as executive director and MD, heading the South India business and overseeing the firm's international operations in the Middle East.
He led a platform of senior private bankers and managed marquee client relationships during his tenure. His extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Barclays Wealth and Deutsche Wealth Management.
