RHF and Lamar Holding sign agreement to support productive families, healthcare programmes
The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) signed a cooperation agreement with Lamar Holding Company to support specialised programmes for productive families and to provide healthcare for the Foundation's beneficiaries, including orphans and widows. The agreement was signed by Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Secretary-General of the RHF, and Dr. Lina Mustafa Nour Al-Din, Chairwoman of Lamar Holding. The agreement includes financial support for the medical treatment of Bahraini orphans and widows supported by the RHF, as well as aid for productive families linked to the RHF. It also provides tools, equipment, and training courses to help them improve their skills. Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa commended the role played by Lamar Holding in supporting widows and orphans through its contributions to various RHF projects. He emphasised the RHF's pride in this cooperation, noting that Lamar Holding exemplifies effective support for sustainable humanitarian work and highlighting the private sector's role in promoting social development. Dr. Nour Al-Din highlighted Lamar Holding's commitment to supporting initiatives that have a real impact on the lives of RHF beneficiaries and help productive families, promoting solidarity and sustainability in Bahraini society. Lamar Holding is a leading supporter of developmental charity work, with 13 years of experience. The company has contributed to several important initiatives, such as supporting the closing ceremony of the Sovereign Foundation Award by purchasing artwork from RHF students, adding cultural and humanitarian value to the partnership. It has also supported the 'Iftar for Fasting' campaign and the 'Netaj Khair Bahrain' project. BNA(R)

RHF organises community iftar
The event took place in the courtyard opposite the Sabeeka Al Ansari Mosque in Isa Town, in the presence of Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, RHF Secretary-General, along with officials from the foundation. The iftar meals were prepared under the supervision of a team from Netaj Khair Bahrain, an RHF-affiliated centre, with the participation of female employees of the foundation. The initiative was overseen by Chef Shawqi Ahmed, Culinary Trainer at National Capabilities for Commercial Services.
