New Bern Police investigate body found in wooded area
NEW BERN, N.C. (WNCT) — According to the New Bern Police Department, officers have found a body in a wooded area near the 2400 block of Griffin Ave.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Hotel Drive near Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at around 8 p.m. They said there is no ongoing threat at this time and detectives are actively investigating this case.
