Leesburg couple's boy 1st Central Florida baby born in 2025 at AdventHealth Waterman
Travis Michael Morgan apparently was in a rush to come into the world.
Right at the stroke of midnight Wednesday he was born at AdventHealth Waterman hospital in Tavares — becoming one of the first Central Florida babies of 2025. His parents are Allen and Ashley Morgan of Leesburg.
He arrived many days before his due date of Jan. 11, according to Jose Luis Dieppa, an AdventHealth spokesperson. Travis weighed in at 7 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 20 inches long.
Hospital staff took photos of Travis with a golden carboard horn in his hand while sleeping soundly next to a New Year's party hat.
Travis will have plenty of company growing up. He's one of the couple's seven children — including five they have together. Allen Morgan also has two adult children, Dieppa said in an email
