This illustrated storybook is based on his true story as a limbless Australian who lives with phocomelia.
His body has no arms and legs. But he can still do many things.
Nick was born without arms and legs, yet he has travelled to over 40 countries. He always shares his life experiences with people around the world. Nick's story reminds us to always be grateful for what we have.
However, he chose to confront his challenges and ultimately overcame many of them.
He can write, type, swim, scuba dive, surf, and even skateboard. Additionally, he enjoys playing soccer and golf. He graduated from university at 21 with a double major.
Nick once said, 'Remember, we shouldn't be afraid of difficulties. If we don't give up on our dreams and if we work hard, we can have a wonderful life!'
His story is truly inspiring, and I hope it encourages others facing difficulties in their lives. A grateful heart allows us to live happily.
