Eighteen people cited for underage alcohol at York County Expo Center event
YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Nearly two dozen people under the age of 21 were cited for alcohol-related offenses at a York County Expo Center event. The Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control says enforcement officers conducted a minor patrol on May 31 at the Rock the Country Music Festival. Close Thanks for signing up! The individuals were also cited for carrying a fake ID. The Rock the Country festival ran for two days in York, featuring leading acts Nickelback, Kid Rock, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. Lenny Kravitz joining big name acts coming to Halifax this summer
Grammy-award winning musician Lenny Kravitz will be headlining the second day of a Halifax outdoor music festival this summer, joining other big name acts like Nickelback and The Killers. Halifax Music Fest, which runs June 27 to 29, will be set up at Garrison Grounds at Citadel Hill — in the heart of downtown Halifax. The president of Sonic Concerts, which is putting the festival on alongside Mighty Quinton Concerts, said it's been a long-awaited announcement. Boardwalk Rock to thrill Ocean City, and in our poll, here's who readers most want to see
The results are in, and here are fans' most-anticipated artists for Ocean City, Maryland's, big Boardwalk Rock Festival. A grand total of 837 votes were placed in Delmarva Now's rock music star poll, with Nickelback coming out on top with 147 votes, making them the most highly anticipated artist for the event. Rock and roll royalty Shinedown and fan-favorite Ocean City returnee Bret Michaels followed close behind, with totals of 143 and 138 votes respectively. All in all, it was a tight race to the finish line. The inaugural music festival — which promises to celebrate all things rock and roll — is debuting from May 17-18, 2025, on the resort town's historic Boardwalk, Inlet beach and Inlet parking lot. The festival comes from the minds behind Oceans Calling and Country Calling — two C3-produced music festivals that took the town of Ocean City by storm on back-to-back weekends in the fall of 2024.
