The students were seen curiously milling around the robot to see how it works. The district-level 'Praveshanolsavam' event was at the Government Higher Secondary School, Peringolam. Opening the event, Minister for Public Works P.A. Mohamed Riyas said that the curriculum implemented in schools this year would focus on humanism and civic sense. There would be sessions for the purpose in the coming two weeks. Zumba dance practice would be made part of the studies in a bid to enhance the physical fitness of the students and also for their mental rejuvenation. The ongoing campaign against substance abuse would be strengthened further. A project to improve the quality of education was also being implemented this year. P.T.A.
