Akshay Kumar gets protective of his daughter Nitara as paps try to take her picture, when spotted at the airport with Twinkle Khanna
Akshay Kumar , Twinkle Khanna along with daughter Nitara were spotted at the airport on Tuesday. The family jetted off to an undisclosed destination and perhaps it looked like it's a small getaway after the success of Akshay's 'Housefull 5'. The actor was spotted in baggy pants and a sleeveless loose t-shirt. Meanwhile, Twinkle looked glam in her airpot look in a blue jacket with striped shirt and denims along with sunglasses. While Akshay and Twinkle posed for the paps, they asked Nitara to go ahead with their bodyguard. However, as one cameraman tried to click Nitara's picture, Akshay stopped him, by lovingly holding him from behind. The 'Khiladi' actor also clicked a selfie with a paparazzo when requested for it, before telling them bye and moving ahead. On work front, Akshay was recently seen in 'Housefull 5'. The film has crossed Rs 150 crore at the box office and is doing extremely well. The actor will be seen with Vishnu Manchu in the upcoming film 'Kannappa'. He will be seen playing the role of Lord Shiva in the film. Apart from these movies, Akshay has been in the news for the dispute around 'Hera Pheri 3'. After Paresh Rawal backed out of the project, Akshay has been in a legal dispute with him. In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Akshay opened up on it and said, "Whatever is happening is happening in front of you. Keeping my fingers crossed. I hope everything goes well." He further assured fans and said, "Everything will go well only. I know, for sure."

Actor Akshay Kumar, wife-author Twinkle Khanna and daughter Nitara Bhatia on Tuesday flew out of Mumbai for a family vacation. Several videos and pictures of the trio emerged on social media platforms. (Also Read | Twinkle Khanna on kids Nitara and Aarav's different skin tones: 'There was always this comparison between them') In a video, Akshay was seen getting out of his car, followed by Nitara and Twinkle. As the paparazzi surrounded them for photos, Twinkle Khanna asked Nitara to move to the other side. She and Akshay then briefly posed for the camera. A paparazzo then moved towards Nitara, positioning his camera to click her photo. As Akshay saw it, he grabbed the person by the neck and gently pulled him away. Twinkle was seen suppressing a laugh. The paparazzi was heard apologising as Akshay smiled. Twinkle grabbed Nitara's hand and walked away. As Akshay was about to enter the airport terminal, a paparazzo asked him for a picture, and he obliged. He also bid them goodbye. She was seen with a brown bag and matching shoes. Nitara wore a pink shrug and denims. Akshay married Twinkle in January 2001. They share two children--son Aarav and daughter Nitara. The actor will be seen with Vishnu Manchu in the upcoming film Kannappa. Directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, Kannappa also stars Prabhas, Mohanlal, Mohan Babu, Kajal Aggarwal and Preity Mukhundhan. Fans will also see Akshay in Bhooth Bangla, helmed by Priyadarshan. The film will also star Tabu and Paresh Rawal. Bhooth Bangla, produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms, along with Akshay's Cape of Good Films, is scheduled for release on April 2, 2026. Wamiqa Gabbi is rumoured to play a significant role.
