Escambia County hit-and-run driver sought
ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — The Florida Highway Patrol is looking for a hit-and-run driver following a Wednesday afternoon crash.

According to an FHP news release, at about 3 p.m. on Wednesday, a black Dodge Charger was going north on North K Street and made a left turn west onto West Jordan Street in Escambia County.
The Charger did not yield the right of way to a blue Mazda 6 sedan, which led to the sedan hitting the Charger, the release said.
The Charger did not stop; instead, it continued west on West Jordan Street, according to officials. The driver of the Mazda was injured, the release said.
FHP is seeking the public's assistance in locating the Charger and its driver.

According to the release, officers have not been able to get a description of the driver, but the car is pictured and will have damage to the driver's side back fender area.
