We'd like to introduce you to the Nottingham Drop newsletter, a way to get all your news and events in two minutes. The news cycle in the UK, and Nottingham in particular, can be relentless and a tad bleak.
It's no surprise that in this environment a lot of people find it easier to turn their back on news, but we believe that everyone has an interest in what goes on near them and is impacted by it. With that in mind The Nottingham Drop is simple - without being simplistic - and keeps you in the loop without having to read every story on every publisher and platform.
It's also ad-free, so nothing will interrupt you as you scroll through a carefully curated mix of important crime stories and lighter tales. We also want to foster a sense of community and civic pride in Nottingham, so we'll be sharing your events and fundraisers to get people involved.
