Plans revealed for 60-home development near Glasgow
Nova Homes has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) to East Renfrewshire Council for the proposed houses at Holehouse Brae in Neilston.
A PAN is the first formal step in the planning process and ensures that statutory consultation is undertaken ahead of a full planning application.

According to the developer, the development would include a mix of private and affordable, detached, semi-detached and flatted homes, alongside associated infrastructure, landscaping, and open space.
As part of the planning process, Nova Homes will carry out a public consultation to engage with local residents, stakeholders, and the wider community.
Public exhibitions are planned for Tuesday, June 10 and Thursday, June 26 from 3pm to 7pm at The Bank at 84 Main Street in Neilston.
Feedback gathered during the pre-application consultation will be considered and addressed in the final planning submission.

'Our aim is to deliver high-quality homes that respond to local housing needs while respecting the character and landscape of the area."
Ed Monaghan, non-executive director at Nova Homes, added "We are approaching this project with care, transparency, and ambition, aiming to set the standard for how we operate going forward.
'Community collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and we look forward to working closely with the Neilson community as we move through the planning process."
