John Lundstram parties with Premier League best pal as ex Rangers star gets behind the decks at music festival

Lundstram appeared in video shared on social media looking relaxed as he partied with fellow Scouser Ross Barkley. John Lundstram was called out by his ex Rangers boss Philippe Clement in an interview last week. But it looked to be the furthest thing from the former Ibrox iron man's mind as he lived it up during a break in Barcelona. ‌ Lundstram appeared in a video shared on social media looking relaxed as he partied with fellow Scouser Ross Barkley. ‌ Aston Villa star Barkley posted a video to his followers on Instagram as he partied in the Catalan capital. And Lundstram joined the 31-year-old in the Spanish city as they enjoyed their summer break. The pair have been close friends since they were teenagers, having played for Everton and England U20s. The duo were at an all-night music event in one of Spain's most lively cities. Footage shared on social media showed the duo in the the VIP area of Eastenderz - OFFWEEK Castle's 6pm to 6am event in Barcelona. Eight artists performed through the night at the event. ‌ Lundstram departed Ibrox last summer and joined Turkish side Trabzonspor. In an interview last week, Clement pointed the finger at the Englishman and Borna Barisic, who joined Lundstram in Turkey, as having his mind on his next move during his final months at Rangers. The Belgian said: 'If I look back, two players who were not good in those two games (against Ross County and Dundee where they dropped points) they left at the end of the season on a free transfer. 'They were at that moment busy also talking with other teams with their agents, about their future and all those things. 'Probably, and maybe, it had an affect on them. Did they not want to become Rangers? For sure not. They wanted to become champions and give everything. 'But the situation to be at the end of the contract at that moment of the season was also not a good one.'
