SC applicants told to incorporate sub-group in APPSC website
The government of Andhra Pradesh has issued orders for implementation of sub-classification of Scheduled Castes (SCs) into three groups — Group-I, Group-II and Group- III.
In view of the above, the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has requested the SC candidates who already have One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) to incorporate their group of the Scheduled Caste in the OTPR through the commission's website as it is mandatory for submitting online application to the direct recruitments of ensuing notifications.
In a separate statement, the commission Secretary P. Raja Babu said that the screening test in offline mode for Forest Beat Officer and Assistant Beat Officer (691 vacancies minus MSP vacancies) and Forest Section Officer (100 vacancies minus MSP vacancies) is proposed to be held after July 15, 2025.
The syllabus for the screening test is available on the commission's website, said Mr. Raja Babu, adding that detailed notifications and dates will be given later.
