Oceanside driver killed in rollover crash

OCEANSIDE, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — A 33-year-old man was killed in Oceanside early Sunday morning when his vehicle rolled over near the intersection of El Camino Real and Vista Oceana, authorities said. The driver, traveling southbound on El Camino Real in a 2007 Scion TC, struck a raised curb. The impact caused the vehicle to flip, ejecting the driver from the car. Despite the efforts of first responders, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, whose identity has not been released pending notification of family, was the sole occupant of the vehicle and no other cars were involved in the crash, police said.
