Lady Gaga in Singapore 2025: Concert highlights, official setlist and more

Where do we even begin? Ever since Lady Gaga announced her return to Singapore, excitement has been building to fever pitch – in the Time Out Singapore office, on social media, and practically across the entire island. Finally, Mother Monster is back in full force, and fans – or little monsters – are here for it. The energy was electric even before the show began. Despite the rainy weather, spirits stayed high as devoted fans turned up in full costume: think lace, leather, latex and everything in between. There was no opening act for the concert, so the anticipation only grew as the crowd waited for the main event – Lady Gaga. Once the pop icon finally took the stage, it was clear that this wasn't just a concert – it was a full-blown theatrical spectacle. Gaga's show was divided into several acts, each with its own elaborate set and costume changes. From giant Greek-style columns to a sand pit and a skull-covered piano, the stage design was bold and immersive. Her choreography was powerful and razor-sharp, made even more impressive considering the star lives with fibromyalgia, a chronic condition that causes muscle and joint pain. Her fierce, expressive performance style might surprise newcomers, but it's all part of her artistic flair. In between numbers, Gaga also took time to speak to the crowd saying, ' You are so very special to me. My little monsters in Singapore, thank you for coming to our show.' Supporting her were equally magnetic dancers who held their own with stunning routines that made the interludes engaging for us to watch, as we waited for Gaga to switch hairstyles and costumes. Lady Gaga will be performing for three more nights at the National Stadium in Singapore. Time Out tip: If you need a quick toilet break, duck out during the video interludes between Acts One and Two, and again between Acts Three and Four. Official Lady Gaga Singapore setlist from day one, May 18: Act One: Of Velvet and Vice Bloody Mary Abracadabra Judas Scheiße Garden of Eden Poker Face Act Two: And She Fell Into a Gothic Dream Perfect Celebrity Disease Paparazzi Alejandro The Beast Act Three: The Beautiful Nightmare That Knows Her Name Killah Zombieboy Die With a Smile How Bad Do U Want Me Act Four: To Wake Her Is to Lose Her Shadow of a Man Born This Way Blade of Grass Shallow Vanish Into You Finale: Eternal Aria of the Monster Heart Bad Romance

Lady Gaga Plays Biggest Show of Career for 2 Million People at Copacabana Beach

Lady Gaga performed in front of the largest crowd of her career on Saturday night, drawing over two million people to her free concert at Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Get Lady Gaga Tickets Here The concert marked Gaga's long-awaited return to Brasil after more than a decade, as she was previously forced to cancel a 2017 appearance at Rock in Rio after being hospitalized for severe pain. Making up for lost time, the pop star staged a highly-choreographed, career-spanning five-act set reminiscent of her recent headlining performance at Coachella. 'I'm so honored to be here to be with you tonight. My heart is full, I feel lucky, proud, and deeply grateful,' Gaga said during a speech given mid-way through her performance. 'Tonight, we're making history, but no one makes history alone. Without all of you, the incredible people of Brasil, I wouldn't have this moment, thank you for making history with me. The people of Brasil are the reason I get to shine today. You are as vibrant and beautiful as the sun and the moon rising over the ocean right hear on Copacabana Beach.' The massive crowd responded in kind, loudly singing along to all of Gaga's songs — including material from her newly released album, Mayhem. At one point, Gaga also noted how she could hear fans singing outside her hotel: 'I heard you every night, all night long, singing every word. What a present that was.' Gaga also used her set to express love for Brazil's LGBTQ+ community, adding, 'Thank you for teaching us all.' Last year, Madonna staged a similarly massive concert at Copacabana Beach. Inspired by her appearance, Rio de Janeiro Mayor Eduardo Paes announced plans to host large-scale concerts more regularly at the iconic venue—beginning with Gaga. A Night of Mayhem: Lady Gaga's Coachella Performance Is One for the History Books

The post A Night of Mayhem: Lady Gaga's Coachella Performance Is One for the History Books appeared first on Consequence. Lady Gaga closed out the first night of Coachella 2025, bringing her dynamic performance style to the desert in a characteristically engaging, highly-choreographed headlining set that already already ranks among the best in the festival's 25-plus year history. The 20-song set was divided into five acts: 'Act I: Of Velvet and Vice,' 'Act II: And She Fell Into a Gothic Dream,' 'Act III: The Beautiful Nightmare That Knows Her Name,' 'Act IV: To Wake Her Is to Lose Her,' and 'Finale: Eternal Aria of the Monster Heart.' It began with a pre-recorded message voiced by two versions of herself, one dressed in red and one dressed in white, who said: 'Her and I will find a way to live as twins, but I will know if in the end mistress of mayhem wins.' Get Lady Gaga Tickets Here The performance was a vivid reflection of the duality at the heart of her latest album, Mayhem. Throughout the set, she switched between light and dark looks, embodying the inner conflict and balance between opposing forces that the album explores. This theme was further underscored by a real-life chess board during 'Poker Face,' where Gaga battled herself. At another point, she immersed herself in a pit of skeletons during 'Perfect Celebrity.' As for the setlist, it primarily pulled from Mayhem, as well as songs such as 'Judas,' 'Paparazzi,' 'Alejandro,' 'Born This Way,' and 'Shallow.' Here's what our Paolo Ragusa, on the ground at Coachella, had to say about Gaga's headlining performance: 'Mother Monster's set was deliberately centered around her latest album, Mayhem, a career-spanning turn seemingly less important than the carnal drama of her current era. As far as Coachella headlining performances go, it's difficult to think of a performer other than Beyoncé who has boasted such elaborate, cinematic movements. It was the most engrossing set of music possible, Gaga toying with scale in a way that maximizes the heightened furor of her output — she screamed, heaved, and ached through the show's hour and 45 minutes. It served as a terrific preview of her upcoming 'Mayhem Ball,' which seamlessly bridges the darkest modes of her artistry with her outstanding showmanship; the choreography was bewildering, and the sets were as elaborate as ever. Like much of her current work, the level of detail and stunning execution demonstrated that Lady Gaga is an unparalleled theatrical performer, with a strong catalogue and insistence on pushing her live sets to absurd levels of precision and intensity. In short, she's done it again — and it was one of the most impressive displays of pop music in the festival's history.' The Coachella appearance — which she'll be reprising at the second week of the festival with another performance on April 18th — lands ahead of her upcoming tour, 'The Mayhem Ball.' The North American leg kicks off with multiple nights in Las Vegas following a string of shows in Mexico City, Rio de Janeiro, and Singapore. Get tickets here.
