Food Lion launches three-week Orange Bag Campaign
ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – On February 26, Food Lion launched its 'Orange Bag Campaign' to provide nutritious meals to those in need.
For the next three weeks, the online and in-store campaign invites customers to support efforts to address community food insecurity.
Local Office on Aging hosts Soups for Seniors food drive
Every orange bag purchased during the campaign will provide five donated meals to local partner food banks including Feeding America. All cash donations will directly go towards the food banks.
