But Mr Boletta said he was confident the team could turn things around in the next away fixture before securing the title with a home win this weekend. The team travel to mid-table Abbey Rangers on Tuesday night, knowing a win would leave them on the cusp of sealing the Combined Counties Premier South. Mr Boletta said: "I don't mind a scrappy 1-0 victory... I'm quite nervous but I'm confident in the players. "It would just be a party time if we win and then secure promotion at Springfield, and there's a few decent teams in Step 4 which would put the island on the map."
