Bianca Umali dedicates 'Pinoy Big Brother' guesting to late mom
Bianca Umali said she entered "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition" as a house guest because of her late mother, Mommy May.
On Monday's episode, Bianca confessed to Kuya that her mom was a big fan of the show when she was still alive.
"Ito po ang mommy ko. May po ang pangalan niya," Bianca said, showing an old photo of herself with her mom.
"I lost my mom when I was five to breast cancer. And in the duration of her breast cancer journey kayo po ang kaligayahan niya," she added.
According to the Kapuso actress, the audio-video presentation featuring her mother's memories used the original "Pinoy Big Brother" theme song, "Pinoy Ako" by Orange & Lemons.
"Kaya po excited ako dahil ang experience po na ito ay para sa kanya. Sobrang maraming salamat po," she said.
In return, Kuya thanked the "Sang'gre" star for making time to guest in the show.
"Maraming salamat dahil naging bahagi ako at ang bahay ko kahit paano sa buhay ng nanay mo. Alam ko kung gaano ka-espesyal ang sandaling ito," Kuya said.
