The striker/winger is said to be signing a long-term deal in Scotland despite being offered a contract by PSG. With seven goals and four assists this season the attacker has been won over by 'the Rangers project' and a chance at senior European football, according to the journalist. Attacking reinforcement could be an important area for the Gers in the near future. Cyriel Dessers has drawn criticism for his performances even despite finishing the league season today as top scorer with 18 goals. Oumar Camara 'agrees' Rangers transfer as PSG starlet pens long term Ibrox deal for one main reason
Camara will reportedly sign a long term deal at Ibrox this summer when his contract with the French capital club runs out Oumar Camara will sign for Rangers this summer, according to a report. RMC Sport claim that the 18-year old right winger will put pen to paper on a long-term deal at Ibrox when his contract at PSG expires this summer. The Ligue 1 champions were keen to hang on to Camara, but it's claimed the chance to potentially sample the Champions League or Europe League with the Light Blues helped swing things in their favour. And he's signed a pre-contract agreement before heading to Glasgow and opfficially joining up when the transfer window opens. It's likely Camara will begin life in Govan with the Gers B team, although there is a chance he could make the jump up to first team level before too long. That will depend on how he impresses the new manager, whoever that may be. Real Madrid assistant Davide Ancelotti remains in the frame but will join up with Brazil as part of his dad's backroom team for next month's World Cup qualifiers. However, CEO Patrick Stewart is also considering British names with Sean Dyche, Gary O'Neil and Russell Martin all possibilities.
