General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments & Zakat celebrates anniversary of Prophet's Hijrah

ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)The General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments & Zakat (Awqaf) has marked the occasion of the Prophet's Hijra with various events, which featured wide participation from its cadres, employees and community it launched the 4th season of its summer programme, Our Mosques, Fortress and Faith, which offers a wide range of activities both in mosques and through the authority's awareness session titled The Prophet's Migration: A Civilizational Vision and Social Values, drawing inspiration from the Hijrah's principles to reinforce community cohesion in the emirate, was also held.
Awqaf's comprehensive programme aimed to nurture moral values in youth through intellectual insights, poetry recitals, and discussions.
