New spots to eat and drink are sprouting across the city this spring. Here are 10 of our most anticipated openings: 🍺 Cerebral Brewing debuts its newest digs in the West Highland neighborhood, located at a former church that used to house Oasis Brewing. Outside Pizza opens inside the taproom this summer. Opens: Friday 🇻🇪 Catira in the Denver Tech Center is a Venezuelan restaurant inspired by the flavors and vibrant energy of the Caribbean. The menu features arepas, empanadas and plenty of rum-infused cocktails. Grand opening: April 14 💨 Cirrus Social Club in Congress Park — which has been in the works for years — is an upscale cannabis lounge offering light bites and handcrafted mocktails to accompany your smoke sesh. Opens: April 17 🍕 The team behind Dio Mio and Redeemer Pizza is launching Little Johnny B's Woodfired Pizza at the Urban Cowboy hote l in Capitol Hill. It will replace Roberta's Pizza, whose last day of service is April 13. Opens: April 21 🌮 Chubby Unicorn Cantina beside Mission Ballroom in RiNo will serve tacos, nachos and more.
