Visual, performing and culinary arts showcased this weekend at Artisphere
Greenville, S.C. (WSPA) – Artisphere, a festival celebrating art and culture in South Carolina, is held this coming weekend and we're giving you a preview of some local artists who will be showing their work. 7News is at the Oye studio where we will see 7 artists competing and showing their work at Artisphere this weekend. The weekend highlights all types of culinary, visual and performing art. It began in 2003 and last year for the 20th anniversary applications were just under 1100, artists' sales totaled $2.6 million, attendance neared 100,000 and economic impact grossed $14.1 million.
