Athlete of the Week: Jackson Gamble
NIXA–This week's Athlete of the Week is Jackson Gamble.
Gamble, is a senior pitcher on the Nixa High School baseball team.
Last week, the right handed hurler threw six shutout innings and struck out 10 batters in the Eagles 6-1 victory agianst the Ozark Tigers.
The 6'3 senior's effort helped Nixa win its third straight contest, and 21st overall.
With Gamble on the mound, the Eagles certainly have a legit shot at winning the Class 6 District 6 Tournament next week and returning to the state tournament.
