The state department was notified last week of an industrial solvent called 'PCBTF', a benzene chemical, which was detected in the water found in April.
The solvent is currently not regulated in drinking water, meaning there is no maximum contaminant level or state environmental action level.
According to officials, the current information they have does not indicate a health risk at the level that was detected.
