Sarah Yasmine demands SGD250k from Aliff Aziz for accusing her of defamation
11 Mar - Sarah Yasmine recently revealed that she has sent a letter of demand (LOD) to former boyfriend Aliff Aziz after he recently pleaded guilty to his khalwat (close proximity) case.
On 9 March, Sarah, who made headlines in 2023 for not only admitting to be dating Aliff while he was still married but also sharing screenshots of his conversations with actress Ruhainies to the public, shared the said letter on social media for the public to see.
"In case you 'didn't receive' what I have sent to you personally yesterday on the 8th of March 2025, there isn't any way to say so I post it here. This is just the beginning," she posted.
"For those that did me wrong during the same period of time, especially those THAT CREATED LIES ABOUT ME, be it a big or a small lie, know that I'm coming for you too this year. You know who you are. Told you guys, the truth will surely win," she added.
In her LOD, Sarah said that she is demanding SGD250,000 (RM875,000) from the singer after he filed a Protection from Harassment Act (POHA) against her that led to an Expedited Protection Order (EPO) issued on 29 April 2024.
She said that Aliff's claim that her words were defamatory is considered baseless and without merit after he himself pleaded guilty to the khalwat case with Ruhainies.
