Telkom Indonesia Is Said to Weigh Sale of Health-Care Firm AdMedika
PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia is considering selling AdMedika and seeking at least $100 million for the health-care firm, according to people familiar with the situation.
The company known as Telkom Indonesia is working with an adviser and gauging interest from potential buyers of AdMedika, full name PT Administrasi Medika, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing a private matter.
