Via a news release, the agreements, which include the main collective agreement and the Customer Service Operations collective agreement, were reached following a series of negotiations aimed at ensuring continued collaboration and stability across the company's essential services. The agreements are now subject to ratification by the PWU membership. Voting is expected to take place in the coming weeks. If ratified, the new agreements will come into effect on October 1, 2025.
