'And part of it was to make sure that all of their planes were in good working order. Throughout the process, they've been finding issues, and practically shutting them down to make sure they could address those planes. Right now we allowed them hanger access to make sure they could repair their planes a lot faster to get then to the point they are at right now. The great thing is they've been very transparent in their operations, letting us know exactly where there were throughout. And they're ordering two more planes that's coming within the month. So adding to their fleet of 12, they'll have 14 planes from now on,' said Sniffen.
Sniffen adds that Pacific Air Charters is going through its certification process to do the same routes as Mokulele.

'Right now they're going the FAA process. Our congressional delegation is working really hard with them to ensure we expedite as much as possible. And right now the process is generally not timed. But we know within a year, we should be able to get that certification for Pacific Air Charters,' said Sniffen.
