Egg on a Roll expands again, set to open third Minneapolis location
Egg on a Roll is expanding, again.
The breakfast joint that kicked off in Minneapolis' North Loop recently opened its "flagship" outpost in Dinkytown. Now it's on the cusp of opening another hub, this one in Northeast Minneapolis.
A sign has gone up in the Land O Nod Mattress factory building, the same building that currently houses Spyhouse Coffee, Padraigs Brewing, Snap Fitness, and a few other businesses.
Egg on a Roll did not respond to a request for comment, but the company did respond to a Facebook post from Padraigs Brewing about the new neighbor. "We're so excited to have the COOLEST neighbors," Egg on a Roll's account replied. "See y'all in April!"
This news comes shortly after the restaurant announced that it has added a second location in Sioux Falls, S.D., to its plans.
